Artistic Lantern-Laden Trees Set the Scene for an Indulgent Dinner at Arbol

Tucked into Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort, Arbol brings the tantalizing aromas and tastes of the Far East to Los Cabos, Mexico.

Arbol, Los Cabos

This is the municipality’s first Asian restaurant, a formal dining establishment whose stylish, creative interiors make patrons feel like they’re dining in the middle of a whimsical forest.

Eye-catching sculptural trees by Guadalajara-based artist David Luna decorate the place, while over 500 birdcage lanterns hang from their branches, casting a warm, surreal glow throughout. Otherwise, the design has a subtle nod to Mexico, with carefully chosen decor pieces and hacienda-inspired arches and pillars delimitating the areas.

A display kitchen adds a vibrant, theatrical feel to the dining experience, while the on-site bar keeps guests well imbibed with refined wines and spirits, and a creative cocktail menu.

The restaurant opens to a shimmering infinity pool, complete with a semi-submerged dining area and breathtaking views over the Sea of Cortez.
