The restaurant opens to a shimmering infinity pool, complete with a semi-submerged dining area and breathtaking views over the Sea of Cortez.
With highly trained Indian chef Anand Singh at its helm, Arbol specializes in coastal Asian style cuisine with a Baja twist, proposing refined dishes such as Tandoori Lobster with Mango Chutney and Stir-Fry Wagyu Beef.
